Immigration Reform Test #17 January 10, 2015 Kinetic leg intervention

The public overall disregards this intervention as nothing worth worrying about. This location is less than one block of the bridge to Ciudad Juarez.

Each side of the leg has a different message in Spanish and English. One side reads "Homeland Insecurity" "Inseguridad Patria" and "Victims of the Secret Government," "Victimas de la Gobierna Secreta."
